BERLINS values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of BERLINS Food (“BERLINS”), and how we collect information from you when you visit and use BERLINS’s websites, mobile or tablet applications, or other online services or platforms (“Services”). This privacy policy only applies to those Services operated by or for BERLINS, such as eatBERLINS.com. BERLINS does not generally require your personal information to visit and use the Services. However, if you choose to participate in certain activities associated with the Services, such as providing general comments or making purchases from our online Company Store, you may be required to provide your personal information. This Privacy Policy doesnot apply to these third party websites, and we are not responsible for theprivacy practices, policies, or content of any such third party websites, evenif you link to them through the Services or communications related to theServices. We have no control over how such third party websites collect or usepersonal information, and we have no responsibility for any personalinformation you provide or content you post on such third party websites. ‍Credit Card Purchases
‍BERLINS may ask you to provide a credit card number in order topurchase a product. Credit card transactions are processed by a third partyprofessional payment authorization service selected by BERLINS to provide addedsecurity and reliability. Only the purchase price and the credit cardinformation provided by you are supplied to this third party service.Information collected during credit card transactions is maintained in theservice’s database for accounting and billing purposes and is not released toother third parties. BERLINS does not maintain a copy of your credit cardinformation on its servers and will not use your credit card information forany purpose other than processing your order.

‍BERLINS takes great care in maintaining the security of yourpersonal information and in preventing its unauthorized access by employingappropriate technology and internal procedures. When we transmit sensitivepersonal information through our Services, we protect it through the use ofencryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. However, BERLINSdoes not guarantee that unauthorized access is completely preventable in everycircumstance, as no method of electronically storing or transmitting data iscompletely secure. ‍BERLINS strongly believes in protecting and maintaining theprivacy rights of children. BERLINS’s Services are not intended to be used byor targeted to children under age 13. ‍Request to Remove Posts by Minors

We willreview your request and determine whether your request is appropriate forproper removal of content.
